The course “INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION” (for adults)

This course is intended for people who want to change their quality of life. Each lesson will consist of one Active Osho meditation, discussion, exercises aimed at developing our attention, and a soft finishing practice. The course will be interesting for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking for like-minded people.

Active meditations are an effective tool for working with energy and attention. And the feeling of pleasure for life directly depends on the amount of energy. People who start practicing meditation on a regular basis note greater concentration, energy, a decrease in mental and physical tension, a brighter perception, confidence, stability, satisfaction. Classes take place on Sundays.
