They say that teaching is a calling. I had great examples of teachers in my teenage years. The connection that they had developed with the children was amazing and warm.
When I first tried teaching I knew this was where I wanted to make a difference. After reflecting back on the developed relationships between the children and their teachers, I quickly realized teaching was a calling not just a job. I had a yearning desire to help children learn, watch them grow, and make a difference in their lives.
For now I got to work with little learners from the UK, Finland, Japan and Italy. I truly value the relationships I have developed with each child in my classroom. These children know that they can trust me; I am always there with a smile and words of encouragement. I am completely committed to my job and being their teacher.
As a teacher, I also got to work closely with parents. The biggest reward and the greatest pride is when you get to find solutions that will work both at home and at school.
So, thank you for entrusting your kids to my care. I will always continue to support the families and the children that I teach.
